1. Can I use the switch for high power devices like air-con and water heater?
Yes, you may add a mini-contactor to control the device. Deng Kai switch will act as turning on or off the mini-contactor.
2. What happen if I connect 2 or more output together?
The load will be turn on, when you turn on 1 of the gang, or you turn on more than one of the gang. There will not be any significant side effect. There will be minor extra power consumption by this way.
3. What happen if I do not connect one of the load?
Our switch requires at least one load to operate. If there is one or more gang of the switch is on, the un-connected gang can be turned on, its LED will be on too. When all the gang are off, and you try to turn on the un-connected load, the LED will turn on for about 1 sec, then off. This is because when power on, other gang can provide sufficient power to sustain the LED; however, when the switch is totally off, it takes very little power, and when the un-connected load is turned on, there is no complete circuit to derive higher power, so it is not sufficient for the LED to turn on.
4. What happen if I try to force the switch to operate with power which is a lot higher than the maximum power?
The fuse will be broken, and all you have to do is to replace it with another 2.0A fuse. There is a spare fuse comes with every switch, so please check.
